摘要
通过对鸡屎藤挥发油化学成分的定性鉴定，确定其含有酸类、酚类、醛或酮类、酯或内酯类（包括△α，β－γ内酯环）以及被还原性成分。利用钠熔法（Ｌａｓｓａｉｇｎｅ＇ｓＴｅｓｔ）对其挥发油进行元素鉴定，表明除含碳、氢元素外，还含有硫元素。
Qualitative identification on the chemical constituents of the volatile oil of Paederial scandens indicates that the oil contains acids,phenols,aldehydes or ketones,esters or lactone(including,- lactone ring)and reducted compositions.Lassaigne's test indicates that it contains the sulphur element besides the carbon and hydrogen elements.
