摘要
(N10276+Q345R)复合板兼具了复层金属耐腐蚀和基层金属具有结构强度的特性,因此被广泛应用于工业领域,但N10276在热处理过程中存在敏化区域,如果处理不当从而影响其耐蚀性能,大大降低材料使用寿命。本文通过不同的热处理过程,来分析研究(N10276+Q345R)复合板的力学及耐蚀性能。结果表明最佳热处理制度为:540℃保温3h以上的退火。
Duing to the doubled metallic and corrosion-resistant propetry, N10276+Q345R clad is widely used in the petrochemcial industry. However , if unproperly treated the existing of activation area on the process of heat treatment wil leffect the corrosion-resistant propetry and then largely lowdown the using time. This paper studies the mechanical and corrusion-resistant properties of N10276+Q345R clad by carrying on different heat treatment. The finally result shows that at the temperature 540 and keeping for 3 hours can reach the satisfied property of Clad Plate .
