摘要
本文较全面的研究了铝/钢复合板结合界面显微结构在不同热处理温度的变化对界面力学性能的影响,在300℃、350℃、400℃、450℃、500℃五个温度下,进行了界面脆性化合物、成分扩散检测分析,及力学性能的对比,显示在较低温度下热处理金属化合物产生较少,从而找出了较合理的铝/钢复合板热处理工艺。
The paper most completely studies the microstructure and mechanical property of Aluminium/Steel Clad Plate joining interface under different heat treatment temperature. By analyzing the interface crisp blocks、diffuse composite and comparing the mechanical property under A、B、C、D and E five different temperature, the testing shows that the lower the temperature, the smaller amount the molden crisp blocks may exists. Fially, the paper finds out the reasonable heat treatment technology for Aluminium/Steel Clad Plate .
