摘要
提出了2次构造曲面和直接利用三坐标测量机探头中心点所在齿面的等距曲面进行真实齿面啮合分析的方法,指出后一种方法只须1次构造曲面,使用简便且计算精度较高。
The effective method with direct utilizing of offset surface of tooth on the centerpoint at the probe of the three-coordinate measuring machine to carry out meshing analysison real tooth surface is put forward compared with the method of constructing curvedsurfaces two times. The former with constructing curved surface only once is more accurateand convenient.
