摘要
文章在我国城市环境气象条件下对美国国家环保局推荐使用的工业复合型模型ISCLT3进行了可靠性分析,并利用该模型对多点源的优化布局进行了模拟,为我国城市尺度环境规划与管理方面的实践提供参考。
In the present paper, the USA Environmental Protection Agency recommended industrial complex model ISCLT3 have been conducted reliability analysis under the meteorological conditions of urban environment in China and the optimal layout of multi-point sources was simulated by using the model and to provide the reference for the aspects of the planning and practical management of environment on urban scale in China.
