NaCl胁迫下6-苄基腺嘌呤对小麦幼苗体内ATP含量的影响 被引量:8

摘要 本文以盐敏感品种中国春、农大85021和抗盐品种冬68、茶淀红等4个品种小麦(TriticumaestivumL.)为材料,研究NaCl胁迫下6-苄基腺嘌呤对小麦(triticumaestivumL.)幼苗体内ATP含量的影响.结果表明,外源6-苄基腺嘌呤能够显著提高NaCl胁迫下小麦幼苗体内ATP的含量,且根内ATP含量增加的幅度大于叶片.从而缓解NaCl胁迫造成的能量代谢失衡,提高小麦幼苗对盐分胁迫的适应性. Effects of 6-BA on the contents of ATP in four genotypes wheat (triticum aestivum l.) ,Chinese Spring,Nong Da 85021 (salt sensitive genotypes) and Cha Dianhong,Cha Diamhong(salt resistant genotypes) seedling under NaCl stress were studied.The results showed that,exogenous 6-BA can relatively increased the content of ATP in wheat seedlings under NaCl stress,and the increasing range of root was larger than that of shoot,not only in salt sensitive genotypes but also in salt resistant genotypes.Therefore,they maintain the balance of energy in wheat seedling under NaCl stress
