摘要
1998 年7 月中旬, 山东省日照市东港区石臼扇贝养殖区出现养殖的栉孔扇贝大面积死亡。死亡时间顺序由岸边开始向里面蔓延。1998 年8 月, 进行了该水域的环境综合调查。调查结果表明,该水域盐度适宜,营养盐适中,饵料丰富,溶解氧充足,氨氮较低。说明不是因饵料不足、缺氧或自身的代谢污染而导致死亡。调查水域温度较高,范围在26.5 ~27 .9 ℃之间,平均值为27 .1 ℃,有47 %的调查水域温度超过栉孔扇贝的耐温极限。扇贝的死亡程度和顺序与海水温度梯度一致;不同个体的死亡程度和顺序与耐温能力一致。
The cultured farrer's scallop(Azumapecten Chlamys farreri) in the aquacultural area of Shijiu of Donggang District of Rizhao City of Shangdong Province died from the middle July of 1998. The death time and level are the order from the shore to sea and the death level of large body scallop was more critical than that of small body scallop.In order to find reason, the environment of aquacultural area was survey in August 1998. The result showed that the salinity and nutrient salt were suitable ,the food and dissolved oxygen were abundant and the ammonium was low. The death of scallop was not due to poor food and dissolved oxygen and self-contamination. The range of temperature of seawater was 26.5~27.9℃,the mean temperature was 27.1℃, the seawater temperatures of 47% of survey area exceed the limit of toleratal temperature of farrer's scallop. The death time and level of scallop were consistent with the distribution of seawater temperature and tolerant capacity of different body scallop for high temperature. So that, we can conclude that the scallop died of high temperature of seawater possibly.
