摘要
1998 年于山东省蓬莱市用10 只日本盘鲍( ♀、♂各5 只) 与300 只皱纹盘鲍( ♀220 只、♂80只) ,在220m 2 的育苗水体中培育出平均壳长14 .7m m 的杂交鲍苗143 .8 万只,6 500 只/m2 ;在580m 2 的育苗水体中培育出平均壳长11 .9m m 的皱纹盘鲍自交鲍苗177 .9 万只,3 100 只/m2 。杂交鲍苗的壳长和存活率明显大于我国的皱纹盘鲍自交鲍苗。
The paper deals with the technology of crossbreeding abalones Haliotis discus discus and H。discus hannai Ino. The crossbreeding was carried out in 1998 with 10 Haliotis discus discus (5 females and 5 males) and 300 H。discus hannai Ino. in the hatchery of Penglai Jiangcheng Seafood Co., Ltd, where 1.438 million juveniles abalones with shell length of 14.7 mm and 1.779 million juvenile abalones with shell length of 11.9 mm were bred in the culture areas of 220 m 2 and 580 m 2 respectively. The survival rate and growth rate of crossbred abalone juveniles were significantly higher than those of H.discus hannai Ino.
