摘要
采用解剖和组织切片等方法研究了中国对虾产卵前后其卵巢的结构变化、排卵以及卵子遇海水后的激活情况。对虾卵巢可分为头前叶、侧叶和由腹部前端向后延伸至尾节并于末端愈合的腹叶。卵巢左右两部分内侧各有一条透明的集卵管纵向埋藏于卵巢内陷形成的凹沟内,集卵管在第6 侧叶根部横生一输卵管埋藏于第6 侧叶凹沟内向腹面延伸并从侧叶末端伸出, 经约1cm 的半透明输卵管穿过第5 、6 鳃丝对应的胸腔体壁通到第3 步足基部的产卵孔。对虾卵巢各部的卵子在产卵期间的游离程度最高, 遇到海水后被激活的比例也最高,而外观观察卵巢发育已经成熟的雌虾,解剖出的卵子也并不能游离仍被滤胞细胞和结缔组织包裹着,置于海水中也不能发生激活反应。正在产卵的雌虾,位于腹叶的卵子游离程度和激活比例都略低于位于头胸部卵巢中的卵子。
The ovary of Penaeus chinensis was anatomized and segmented before and after spawning in 1995 in Qingdao , China . The structure of the ovary ,the ovulation and activation of the ova were observed and researched by the authors. An ovary is consists of 9-10 pairs of leaflike branches ,called anterior lobe, sidearm lobe and abdominal lobe, and is lengthwise divided symmetrically into sinistral and dextral parts. There is a pair of transparent oviducts which is buried just below the ovarian surface and passing through a transverse branch in the sixth sidearm lobe in each side attaching to the ovipores. The ova being released into seawater is very dissociable and can be activated by seawater easily. Only when the shrimp is just spawning ,can the ova could lay freely in the ovary and oviduct.
