摘要
目的观察奥扎格雷钠联合复方丹参注射液治疗急性脑梗死的治疗效果。方法用奥扎格雷钠联合复方丹参注射液治疗40例,另40例接受单纯复方丹参注射液治疗。结果治疗组与对照组总有效率分别为87.5%和67.5%(P<0.05)。结论奥扎格雷钠联合复方丹参注射液是一种治疗脑梗死的有效方法。
Objective To observe the efficacy of ozagrel combined with salvia miltiorrhiza compound injection in treatment of cerebral infarction（CI）.Methods Among 80 CI patients,40 were treated by ozagrel and salvia miltiorrhiza compound injection,the remainder 40 were treated only by salvia miltiorrhiza compound injection.Results A improvement of overall efficacy was seen in ozagrel and salvia miltiorrhiza compound injection group compared with salvia miltiorrhiza compound injection group（87.5% vs 67.5%.P 0.05）.Conclusion The combination of ozagrel and salvia miltiorrhiza compound injection was proved to be effective than salvia miltiorrhiza compound injection in treatment of CI.
