摘要
目的探讨联合前后路手术对闭合复位困难的颈椎骨折脱位的疗效。方法对近几年50例难闭合复位的颈椎双侧关节突骨折脱位患者实施联合前后路手术。结果 95.30%复位良好。结论正确的联合前路后路手术对复位困难的颈椎骨折脱位多可达到良好复位。
