摘要
目的探讨老年高血压患者房颤与脉压的关系。方法将96例老年原发性高血压病患者按照有无合并房颤分为A、B两组:A组为合并房颤组,共36例;B组为不合并房颤组,共60例,分别做动态血压检查,测量脉压并进行比较。结果 A组脉压明显高于B组(P<0.01)。结论老年高血压患者房颤发作与脉压高低关系密切。
Objective To investigate the relationshipbetween atrial fibrillation（AF） andpulse pressure（PP） in elderly people with essential hypertension.Methods 96 elderly essential hypertensive patients were divided into 2 groups according to AF complication,group A（AF group） 36 cases,group B（non-AF group） 60 cases.The PP were examined at the same time.Results The difference of the PP between the two groups was significant,group A group B（P 0.01）.Conclusion In 96 elderly essential hypertensive patients,AF correlated with PP.
