Quality,safety,patient benefits--these words present universal values without classification;technology,scale,level--these words represent the intervention of source allocation with plan.It is amazing to see how those words are integrated into the same standards of hospital accreditation in China.However,it does reflect the transitional features that are inevitable in the course of old supervising system is being replaced by a new one.
