摘要
用双层辉光离子渗金属技术对灰口铸铁表层渗Cr及CrNi共渗进行了试验。在最佳工艺参数(源极电压Vs、阴极电压Vc、工作气压p)的基础上,着重研究了时间、温度对渗层的影响,分析了渗Cr及CrNi共渗后的渗层组织、化学成分,测定了渗层的硬度,并对其耐磨性及耐蚀性进行了试验。
In the paper, the diffusion of chromium and chromiumnickel into gray cast iron surfaces of pump parts by technique of doubleglow plasma discharge is studied. Under the optimum parameters of technology, the effects of time and temperature on permeated layers of alloying were investigated and the microstructure of the layers permeated by chromium and chromiumnickel alloying and their hardness distribution were analyzed. The results indicates that the permeating technique used for surface hardening of the body and parts of a pump has quite a remarkable effects on reducing their corrosion and increasing economic efficiency.
