摘要
以联合收割机半轴方花键为例,研究了方花键冷挤压工艺及影响成形的主要因素,并应用上限法分析了金属流动规律及挤压力。结果表明,应用上限法计算挤压力,为模具设计提供了理论依据,整体凹模冷挤压方花键可满足花键产品的设计要求。
Taking the square spline on rearaxle of combineharvester as an example of the cold squeezing technology, the main factors effecting the shaping process are investigated. The upper bound analysis technique for calculating the extrusion pressure of a spline shaft was presented in this paper. By making use of the upper limit method, the rule of metal flow was analysed and the squeezing force was calculated. The result shows that calculating squeezing force by the upper limit method may provide the theoretical basis for die design, and cold squeezing with concave monoblock die may meet the demand of design specification of spline product.
