摘要
探讨了斗轮驱动系统对斗轮堆取料机整机性能的影响,对常用斗轮驱动系统的特点进行了分析,在斗轮驱动系统设计中采用低速大扭矩液压马达和行星齿轮传动的驱动系统,建立了该驱动系统中减速器的优化设计数学模型,编制了相应的设计程序,并对典型系统进行了设计。研究表明:采用新型斗轮驱动系统,并结合优化设计方法,大大减小了系统的质量,有效地改善了整机的性能。
The traditional driving systems of a bucket wheel stacker/reclaimer are given and analyzed. They are all heavy in weight or complicated in construction which affects the dynamic characteristics of the whole equipment and causes malfunction. The new driving system consisting of a hydraulic motor and a twostage planetary transmission is designed by an optimum design model which includes 8 design variables, some constraint conditions, and the target function of minimizing the mass of the driving system. An optimum design software used for design of a driving system is programmed. It shows that using the new driving system and by the aid of the optimum design method, the weight of the driving system can be reduced significantly.
