摘要
对三环减速器传动机理进行了研究,根据动力分析计算结果提出了减小三环减速器振动的措施,并进行了试验研究。试验结果表明,适当提高内啮合齿轮副的啮合角和传动系统轴系刚度能有效减小三环减速器的振动,而对内齿板死点位置的内齿齿形进行修形减振效果不佳。
A triring reducer is a type of epicyclic gear drive with small tooth number difference and internal tooth. Adopting the new conception of parallel and movable axis of multiple mechanisms, this kind of gear drive has many characteristics such as simplicity and compactness in structure, large transmission ratio, high efficiency and ability to transmit power by input through single or multiple axes, etc. In this paper, the transmission principle of the triring reducer was studied. Based on the result of dynamic analysis, the developed design of reducing vibration has been obtained, then the specimens of reducer are designed and manufactured in order to verify the effect of the developed design, the vibrational experiment was carried out on the gear transmission test rig. Testing result shows that the vibrating intensity descends obviously by increasing the operating angle and the stiffness of system, however the result is not good by modification of the internal teeth.
