摘要
介绍了ZBM750型轴流泵水力模型的设计及试验研究,通过取稍大的轮毂比dh,增加轮毂侧的叶栅稠密度l/t和外缘翼型安放角,达到了良好的效果。结果表明:该模型具有效率高、高效范围宽、过流量大、抗汽蚀性能好、工艺性好等特点,可以推广应用。
The design and experimental research on hydraulic model of ZBM 750 axial flow pump are introduced in the paper. A better performance of the pump is obtained by selecting a bigger wheelhub ratio, increasing leaf blade density at the wheel hub edge and the setting angle of van mould at the outside edge. The results show that the model has the features of high efficiency, wide range of efficiency, large discharge, anticavitation and good technological characteristic. The highest efficiency at the angle of -2 reaches 8631% and an efficiency more than 8404% is obtained at each angle. The ranges of performance parameters, in the case that the efficiency is more than 80%, are Q=028045 m3/s and H=4690 m for the angle from +4 to -4. Under the optimum working condition, the discharge is 0415 m3/s at the angle of +4, and more than 0354 m3/s at the angle of above -2.
