摘要
正如大多数经济转轨国家一样,俄罗斯饱受国际金融危机之苦,深受国际金融危机之害。由国际金融危机引发的俄罗斯金融危机并由此导致的严重经济衰退,一方面暴露了俄罗斯经济自身的脆弱性和对外部市场的严重依赖性;另一方面也反映了俄罗斯在金融全球化进程中盲目追求金融自由化、过早过快开放金融市场所造成的后果。面对国际金融危机对俄罗斯经济的严重影响和冲击,俄采取有效措施加以应对,千方百计化解危机。在后金融危机时期,俄罗斯采取了重振经济的若干政策措施,使经济不断呈现向好态势。
Like most states in economic transition,Russia is beset with the agonies and pains of the international financial crisis,which has led to grave economic recession in Russia,not only exposing the serious weakness of Russian economy itself and its serious dependence on the external market,but also revealing the aftermaths of its blindly going after financial liberalization and prematurely opening financial market in the course of financial globalization.Confronted with the serious impact of international financial crisis,Russia adopted many effective measures to dissolve the crisis.In the post-financial crisis period Russia adopted some policy measures to rejuvenate the economy so that it showed a good momentum.The article gave a deep analysis of the latest development.
