摘要
俄罗斯联邦运输检察机关体系的改革,经历了三个历史发展阶段:单个种类的运输检察机关阶段、多种运输检察机关同时并存阶段、统一运输检察机关阶段。2006年12月～2007年5月期间,俄罗斯联邦总检察长先后签署8个命令,有力地推进了"大运输检察机关"体系的改革。目前,俄罗斯联邦由总检察院驻7个联邦区的7个总局、8个跨地区运输检察院和136个区级运输检察院组成的独立的三级运输检察机关体系已经确立。
The reform of Russian transport prosecutor organ system has undergone three historical stages of development:(1)the stage of unitary organ;(2)the stage of multi-organ and(3)the stage of unified organs.From Dec 2006 to May 2007the Russian Federation's prosecutor-general signed eight orders vigorously pushing the reform of the mega transport prosecutor organs.Presently,the Russian Federation has established the three-level transport prosecutor organ system of seven general bureaus in seven federal regions,eight cross-regional prosecutor organs and 136 sub-regional organs under the general prosecutor organ.
