摘要
对游离整体细胞（大肠杆菌）的生物转化行为，特别是在高质量浓度底物（富马酸铵）环境下的细胞形态结构进行考察，解释了高质量浓度底物，反应行为，细胞结构和细胞渗透化之间的关系。
Effects of substrate with high concentration on free whole cell (E. coli) shape and structure were observed by SEM and TEM. It was found that the cell kept whole well and the microstructure of cell membrane had some changes. The permeabilization of free whole cell was also observed, and it had a relationship with the change of \{microstructure\} of cell membrane.\=
