摘要
在含银多金属矿石中银的综合回收是选矿的一项重要任务。选矿方法和银的回收程度与银的存在形式密切相关。由于矿石中银的含量较低,研究银的存在形式一般需要结合多种研究手段。本文提出根据银在矿石中的分布和选矿中的走向,分析银的存在形式。文中以喀勒隆银铅锌矿石为例,分析了银在矿石中的分布和选矿中的走向。选矿后银主要进入了铜精矿和铅精矿。方铅矿中的大部分银与方铅矿发生了分离。含类质同象银的银黝铜矿和方铅矿中的独立银矿物进入铜精矿中。方铅矿中的银显微包裹体进入了铅精矿中。
The comprehensive recovery of silver in polymetallic ore is an important task in ore processing. The ore processing method and recovery rate of silver is closely related to the existing form of silver. Because of its low grade in ore,it needs to combine multiple research means to investigate the existing forms of silver. The paper puts forward the method to analyze the forms based on the distribution and strike of silver in ore. With Kalelong silver-zinc-lead mine as an example,the distribution and strike of silver in ore is analyzed. Silver in ore mainly enters the copper con-centrate and lead concentrate,while most of silver in galena seperates with it. Freibergite containing isomorphism silver and independent silver mineral in galena enters copper concentrate,while silver microinclusion in galena enters lead concentrate.
