摘要
以2,4二苯基4甲基1戊烯(αMSD)为链转移剂,采用与环境友好的本体自由基聚合法及悬浮自由基聚合法合成了重均分子量Mw=1,000~50,000,分子量分布Mw/Mn≈2的苯乙烯低聚物.随着αMSD浓度的增加分子量降低效果明显,分子量分布明显变窄.热引发本体聚合物具有单端活性双键结构.
The polystyrene oligomers(PS) with M w =1,500~15,000, M w / M n ≈2 were prepared by free radical oligomerization with α methylstyrene dimer ( α MSD,2,4 diphenyl 4 methyl 1 pentene) as chain transfer agent.The relationship between α MSD and the molecular weight of the oligomers was studied through thermal oligomerization and BPO initiated oligomerization.It is shown that the molecular weight of PS obviously decreases with the increase of α MSD but keeps in almost constant when α MSD becomes larger than 10% either in thermal or BPO initiated oligomerization. The molecular weight of PS was determined based on intrinsic viscosity, 1H NMR, 13 C NMR and GPC.It is confirmed that there is a active —C C? ?terminal unit in PS by 1H and 13 C NMR spectrometries.
