摘要
乳业是对"一体化"程度要求高,对原料质量要求高的食品行业,但却频出"三聚氰胺"等食品安全问题。居于产业链前端的奶农奶站是分散、小规模且缺乏组织化的,产业链各环节之间主要依靠市场交易方式链接,这成为一些机会主义和"败德行为"出现的主要原因。只有提升产业链前端的组织化程度,建立奶农合作社,才能使奶农形成与加工企业博弈的力量,促使产业链各主体形成稳定有序的交易状态,进而提高食品安全水平。
Dairy Industry is one of the food industries requiring the highest integration and high quality of the raw material.However,there have appeared frequently the safety problems of ＂Melamine event＂ in China.The causes are as the following：the diary farmers and diary stations are dispersed,small-scaled and lacking of organization,causing the opportunism and ＂immoral＂.Only making the operating asset of milk station into the dairy co-operatives and upgrading the industry＇s degree of organization can it form game force to process enterprises so that it can promote industrial chain to form a stable and orderly trading status and improve the standard of food safty.
