摘要 利用微生物菌种(如绿僵菌Metarhiziumsp)产生的11α-羟化酶,催化甾体底物16α,17α-环氧黄体酮(16α,17α-epoxy-4-pregnene-3,20-dione)羟化转化为产物11α-羟基-16α,17α-环氧黄体酮,是当前甾... The effect of addition of growth regulator into the microbial catalytic transformation system of steroid was investigated. It was shown that the proper concentration of growth regulator is 0.025%. Addition of proper quantity of growth regulator greatly enhanced the growth yield and the catalytic transformation activity of mold, when steroid substrate was added after 42 h of cultivation. This effect may be accounted for the ability of the growth regulator spreading itself into the cells in the nonionic form.
