摘要
本文报道将乘子罚函数法用于处理多波长吸光度数据,同时测定样品中多组分的含量。简要介绍了原理和计算步骤。对安钠咖注射液模拟样和实际样品中的咖啡因、苯甲酸钠进行了测定,12份模拟样中咖啡因和苯甲酸钠的回收率分别为(100.16±0.54)%和(99.74±0.34)%(置信度95%),实际样品分析的结果与药典法一致。
In this paper, a multiplier punitive function method was used for multiwevelength spectrophotometry determination of two components in Annaka injection. The basic principle and computing of this method for multicomponent analysis were discussed.The method was applied to simultaneous determination of two components in synthsis and actual Annaka Injection and satisfactory results were obtained. Confidence intervals of caffine and sodium benzoate were (100.160.54)% and (99.740.34)% respectively in 12 samples. The results for two bastches of Annaka Injection agreed with pharmacopoeial method.
