摘要
本文首次从理论上探讨了取样量对分层取样误差的影响,提出了总取样量一定时各层的最佳取样量和最小取样方差的计算公式,从而为分层取样的最佳取样方案设计提供了理论依据。应用碳化硅物料的分层取样实验对该理论进行了验证,提出了最佳取样方案。本理论具有通用性,因而丰富了分析化学的取样理论。
The effect of sampling mass on the stratified sampling errors of solid materials was studied for the first time in this paper. Equations of the optimum sampling weight and the minimum sampling variance were presented, which provided a theoretical basis for the optimum design for stratified sampling. This theory was verified by the experiment of stratified sampling for chemical analysis of silicon carbide material. It is generally applicable so as to enrich the theory of sampling in analytical chemistry.
