摘要
在已研制的含稀土Al2O3/TiCN陶瓷刀具材料的基础上,采用SEM,TEM和能谱分析等方法探讨了Y的强韧化效应。稀土增强Al2O3/TiCN陶瓷刀具材料力学性能改善的原因在于,Y的添加能在一定程度上积聚杂质W,Fe和Cr等,从而起到清洁界面、提高界面结合强度的作用;此外,对固溶体相TiCN的质点强化作用也有一定的贡献。
The strengthening and toughening effect of Y on advanced Al2O3/TiCN ceramic tool material was studied. It is shown that Y can react with the impruity elements such as W, Fe andCr, etc. Thus, the interfaCes between ceramic phases are: purified and the interfacial bindingstrength is increased. As a result, the mechanical properties of the A12O3/TiCN ceramic toolmaterial reinforced with Y are improved significantly. In addition, the effect of Y on particlestrengthening of the solid solution TiCN may partly contribute to the improvement of the mechanical properties.
