摘要
杉木阴沉木基部边材试样，经水蒸气蒸馏提取精油，精油的含量为３５８％。精油经气－质联用仪鉴定，检出４２种化合物，其中大部分为萜类化合物。进一步采用气－红联用仪。
The chemical components of essential oil from buried wood of Cunninghamia unicanaliculata were analyzed by capillary GC/MS combination on SE54 column( 0.25 mm50 m)and GC/FTIR.Fortytwo components were identified.The total content of which in the oils was extracted to be 3.58 %. Among them the major constituents are monoterpenes,sesquiterpenes and diterpene.
