摘要
讨论了膜分离式酶解反应器进行酶解反应操作时流体流动的特性。导出停留时间分布函数方程式,采用降阶法的阶跃方式进行了实验验证。结果表明:实验值与按分布函数方程式的计算值吻合良好,通过与连续釜式反应器(CSTR)停留时间分布的特征值的比较,显示出这种反应器的优越性。
Fluid flow characteristics of enzymolysis reactor with membrane separation (ERMS) was discussed in this paper. The ERMS was composed of multiple reaction cells, in one of which was set with ultrafiltration membrane and an impeller. Enzymolysis reaction and membrane separation was performed simutameously. Contrast to the CSTR, the ERMS has a feed inlet and multiple discharge holes. It is much more practical to make a function of residence time distribution for evaluating ERMS’s structure properties. The function of risidence time distribution was deduced and proved experimental values tallies with the calculated ones excellently. And the ERMS is more advantageous than CSTR according to having compared their characteristics of the function of residence time distribution.
