摘要
研究了振动流化床中颗粒的轴向浓度分布及最小流化速度,根据不同操作条件下最小流化速度的实验值,定义了最小流化速度的计算式;同时考察双组分颗粒混合与分离情况,根据实验结果,修正了Nienow定义的双组分颗粒的转变气速,并与实验值相符。
The particle concentration profile and the minimum fluidization velocity in a vibrated fluidized bed with 18 mm in diameter and binary particle mixture were experimentally determined. The binary mixtures used in the experiments were composed of particles with different sizes and densities. Mixing / segregation patterns were also visualized under different operating conditions. A new correlation in use of predication the take off velocity was proposed. The predications were agreed with the experimental data very well.
