摘要
分析了低碳经济建设运行的动力因素和阻力因素,论述了电力行业发展的现状,提出了在低碳经济条件下电力行业实现低碳排放和能源节约的措施。
This paper analyzes the motive force factors and resistance factors for the operation of low-carbon economy,describes the present situation of the development of the power industry,and puts forward some measures for realizing the energy conservation and emission reduction of the power industry under the conditions of low-carbon economy.
