摘要
介绍了电子档案和电子图书的特点,分析了电子信息资源利用过程中出现的版权问题,提出了加强电子档案与电子图书的版权保护的措施。
This paper introduces the features of E-archives and E-books,analyzes the problem of copyright occurring in the utilization of electronic information resources,and puts forward some measures for strengthening the copyright protection of E-archives and E-books.
