上海市医保监督检查运行管理的现状及问题,从内部运行、协同管理、社会监督和能力建设四个方面提出完善建议和优化措施,以供决策参考。
After the basic medical insurance system for urban resident was introduced,it has come to the result that all the household registered residents in Shanghai have been covered for essential medical services.After analyzing the current status and problems from internal operational,cooperative management,social monitoring,and capability establishment four aspects had put forward some advices for policy-making.
