摘要
首次用光度法研究氯磺酚S与牛血清白蛋白反应前后的吸收光谱及其反应机理。测定了蛋白质结合氯磺酚S的最大结合数。讨论了反应的基本条件及初步分析应用,认为可用氯磺酚S作光谱探针试剂,建立一个新的测定人血清总蛋白质的分析方法。
It is found that serum albumin can react sensitively with sulfochlorophenol S in acid medium and at room temperature. The absorption spectra of the after reaction and the before reaction and its reaction mechanism were studied. Serum albumin binds with sulfochlorophenol S mainly through static electric force. The principle of molar ratio method applied to determine the maximum combination number of dye bound on protein was studied. The fundamental conditions of the reaction and the application of spectrophotometric method to determine human serum proteins using sulfochlorophenol S are discussed.
