摘要
在异维生素C钠的合成过程中,采用一步法合成,并引入精馏脱水反应工艺,摸索了反应条件,提高了合成收率,降低了甲醇消耗。
The technological process of esterification in accompany with dehydration was used as
one step synthesis of sodium D isoascorbate. The result shows that the synthetic yield is
increased and the methanol consumption is reduced.
