摘要
作为上层建筑之一,法制无疑对民族地区的金融发展有着重大的保障和推动作用。然而,结合广西金融及法制实践来看,我国目前的民族金融法制仍有诸多不足,至少还应从金融货币政策区域化调整、充分利用民族自治地方自治权进行金融创新以及加强民族地区金融信用体系建设等方面进行法制完善。
As superstructure,Legal System makes a major role in ethnic regions’ finance development.However,analyzing with the practicing of finance and legal systems in Guangxi,legal systems of ethnic regions have some shortages,we must amend the legal systems in regionalization of finance and monetary policy,strengthen the building of credit systems,and so on.
