卡拉赞巴斯油田东区多轮次蒸汽吞吐开发效果影响因素 被引量:5

摘要 卡拉赞巴斯油田东区具有埋藏浅、油层厚、储量丰度高、储层物性好及原油粘度大等特点,属于典型的浅层稠油油藏。针对该油藏特点,采取了蒸汽吞吐的开发方式,并取得了较好效果。通过对浅层稠油多轮次蒸汽吞吐开发效果影响因素的分析认为:由于地层能量和油层厚度不同,各层系吞吐效果差异很大,地层能量越强,吞吐效果越好;吞吐初期峰值产量高,但产量递减快,低产期生产时间长,随着吞吐周期的增加,周期产油量和回采水率明显上升;储层非均质性对蒸汽吞吐效果影响较大,非均质性越强,产油量越低;注汽强度应控制在合理范围,最佳注汽强度为90~120t/m;焖井时间过长,吞吐效果越差。 Karazhanbac oilfield is a shallow buried reservoir with thick oil-bearing formation,abundant reserve with favorable reservoir physi-cal properties,and high viscosity,that is,a typical shallow heavy oil reservoirs.According to the characteristics of reservoir,the method of steam soaking is adopted and good performance is achieved.Through the analysis on the factors influencing the development performance of multicycle steam stimulation in this heavy oil reservoir,it is thought that the steam stimulation of each layer is highly variable due to the difference of formation energy and oil layers thickness,that is,the higher the formation energy,the better performance of the steam stimulation,and the initial production peaks in the initial stage,and then declines quickly with long low production period;moreover,the cycle oil production and extraction rate of water rise remarkably in accordance with increment of each cycle.Heterogeneity affects steam seriously,the higher of heterogeneity the lower the oil rate.Steam injection intensity should be controlled in the reasonable scale,and the optimal steam injection intensity is within 90-120t/m,cycle accumulative production and gas oil ratio should be higher.Long time stewing often causes worse effects.
