摘要
对于企业内部控制来说,存货管理是其中的重要环节,而采用合理的存货管理方法会加强企业的存货成本控制,降低企业的经营风险。简述了企业存货的管理方法,并针对存货管理中存在的问题提出了相应的对策。
For enterprise’s internal control, the inventory control is an important link, and adopting rational inventory control method can strengthen inventory cost control and reduce enterprise’s operational risk. This paper expounds briefly the methods for enterprise’s inventory control, and in the light of the problems existing in inventory control, puts forward some corresponding countermeasures.
