摘要
目的:观察电针治疗腰椎间盘突出症术后尿潴留的临床疗效。方法:对42例腰椎间盘突出症手术后尿潴留患者采用针刺中极、关元、足三里(双)、三阴交(双)。并加电针方法治疗,观察治疗前后尿潴留症状的变化,评定临床疗效。结果:治愈37例,占88.10%,显效3例,占7.14%,有效2例,占4.76%,无效0例,总有效率100%,经回访所有患者未再复发,无1例发生不良反应。结论:电针中极、关元、足三里、三阴交穴治疗腰椎间盘突出症手术后尿潴留安全有效且无明显不良反应。
Objective：To research the clinical effectiveness of electroacupuncture for treatment on urinary retention after Lumbar Disc Herniation Surgery.Methods：To treat 42 patients with urinary retention after Lumbar Disc Herniation Surgery by acupuncture at Zhongji point,Guanyuan and bilateral Zu sanli,Sanyinjiao,Combined with Electro-acupuncture.To evaluate the clinical effectiveness by observing the clinical symptoms of urinary retention after Lumbar Disc Herniation Surgery.Result：37 patients were cured,the cured rate was 88.10%;the obvious effective rate was 7.14%,with 3 patients;the number of patients who were in effect was 2,the rate was 4.76 %;no one was not effective.The total effective rate was 100%.All patients were followed up,and there was no adverse reaction.Conclusion：Electroacupuncture at Zhongji point and Guanyuan point to treat urinary retention after Lumbar Disc Herniation Surgery not only has quick and secure effects,but also has no side effects.
