摘要
目的:观察应用头体针并用治疗糖尿病周围神经病的临床疗效。方法:将78例糖尿病周围神经病患者分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组给予头体针并用的方法,留针30min,每日1次;对照组给予肌肉注射维生素B1100mg、维生素B12500μg每日1次。两组均30天为1个疗程。疗程结束进行疗效判定。结果:治疗组总有效率为91%,对照组总有效率为66.7%。经统计学χ2检验有显著性意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗前后NVC的总体变化比较治疗组与对照组比较P<0.05,具有显著性差异。结论:头体针并用治疗糖尿病周围神经病临床效果显著。
Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of treating diabetic peripheral neuropathy by using scalp-acupuncture and round-bady needle.Method：The 48 cases diabetes patients are divided into treatment group and control group,the treatment group uses scalp-acupuncture and round-body needle,keeping 30 minutes,one time every day;the xonreol group injects vitamin B1100 mg,B12500 μg,every day for one time.Judge the effect after ending the treatment.Results：The effective rate of the treatment group is 91%,and the control group is 66.7%.There is significant difference in statistics of x2 inspection（x2=8.52,P0.05）.Before and after the treatment,there is significant difference on NVC,P0.05.Conclusion：The clinical effect of the treatment group is better than that of the control group.
