摘要
我国虽然对植入性医疗器械的管理出台了一些相应的管理办法,但总体上监管力度不够。本文主要介绍了我国对植入性耗材管理的相关法律法规,以及当前的管理现状和存在的主要问题,并提出管理上的建议。
In view of the problem that the supervision about implantable medical devices is weak,this paper introduces related laws and regulations about implantable consumables management,current management situation and main problems,then puts forward some management suggestions.
