摘要
在两年多的时间里，央行连续六次下调存贷款利率，存款利率最多已下调７．２个百分点，成为１９７９ 年以来的历史最低点。在今年经济形势仍不乐观的情况下，我国利率能否再度下调呢？事实上利率经过频繁下调，效果并不理想。
In the period of more than two years, the deposite and loan interest have been lowered fox six times by the Central Bank and the deposite interest has been lowered by 7.2 percent, which has been the lowest point since 1979. Will the interest be lowered again under the situation of the unhappy economic condition this year? This thesis proves that the effect of frequent interest reduction is not ideal and it is quite necessary for the Central Bank to have an interest rise in this year.
