摘要
中国概念股保证了香港股市乃至香港整体经济在回归前后的稳定，为香港成为中国的“离岸融资中心”奠定基础。同样地，它为大陆国企改革提供资金保证，为中国证券市场的制度建设和规范发展带来直接的感性认识和理性思考，并为该市场的国际化和国企进入国际资本市场进行探索和积累经验。
The significance of Chinese concept share(CCS) for Hong Kong lies in maintaining the stabilization of Hong Kong’s stock market and even the Hong Kong economy as a whole before and after the “Hong Kong’s Return to China”,laying a foundation for Hong Kong’s developing into chinese“ off shore finance center”. The significance of CCS for China mainland lies in such aspects as assuring funding support, bring direct perceptual knowledge and rational thought for chinese securities market's institutional construction and standardization, exploring and accumulating experience for chinese securities market's internationalization and chinese enterprise's advancing towards international capital market.
