摘要
介绍了混联大客车的结构形式。对离合器接合过程中存在冲击度过大的问题进行了分析。建立离合器接合过程数学模型,运用极小值原理对冲击度和摩擦功进行了优化。实验结果表明,优化后的整车换挡过程冲击度得到极大改善,整车平顺性得到很大提高。
The configuration type of series and parallel hybrid electric bus was introduced.The problem and the possible reason why the engagement jerk is so large was discussed by analyzing the engagement course of friction clutch.The math model of friction clutch engagement course was established and the minimum value principle was used to optimize the engagement jerk and slipping friction work.With the experiment results,it can be founded that the engagement jerk and driving smoothness are both improved greatly compared with the ones which are calculated with original clutch engagement control strategy.
