摘要
简单介绍了TRIZ理论中的冲突解决理论和物质-场分析模型。在研究套管式蔬菜嫁接机的机架基础上,利用确定技术冲突、阿奇舒勒矛盾矩阵和发明原理的方法,对油茶苗木嫁接机机架及输送机构进行机构创新设计。并且采用物质-场分析模型确定嫁接机构总成中的小问题,确定嫁接机构总成的结构方案。
Briefly introduce the conflict resolution and substance-field model of TRIZ theory.Based on the research of frame of grafting robot for tube grafting.The frame and conveyor of camellia seedlings grafting robot was innovatively designed by using the definition of technical conflicts and altshuller contradiction matrix,and find the method of Inventive principles.Use substance-field model to definite the Small problems of Grafting mechanism assembly and definite the structure scheme of it.
