低碳是新媒体时代图书馆的发展趋势。文章探讨了低碳图书馆的概念和构建,并从伦理教育、管理制度及过滤技术等方面分析了低碳图书馆如何保护网络空间的问题。
Low-carbon is becoming the developmental tendency of library in the new media era.This article discusses the idea and construction of low-carbon library,and analyzes the protection of cyberspace in the low-carbon library in terms of ethical education,management policies and filtering techniques.
