摘要
广西新农村建设进程中要特别重视生态环境建设,它关系到农业的可持续发展。文章在总结广西新农村生态环境建设面临的挑战的基础上,从"边发展,边治理,在发展中保护"、提高政府部门对农村生态环境的管理能力的理念出发,在科教兴农、科教护农等方面提出了相应的对策建议。
In building new countryside in Guangxi,much emphasis should be put on building ecological environment,since it will affect the sustainable development of agriculture.On discussing the challenges faced,this paper will offer some solutions to these challenges in the following aspects： ＂Promoting the economy while protecting the environment＂,government＇s function in administration of ecological environment of countryside,Strategy of invigorating agriculture through science and education.
