摘要
在全球经济一体化加速的背景下,温室气体排放已通过产业链和供应链传导机制转移到中下游企业。尽管在碳足迹中,中下游配套企业和物流企业是温室气体排放的重点,但是这种排放是转移的结果,是被排放的。解决我国减排资金困境的思路是:从产业链和供应链的整体出发,按照供应链碳足迹的价值分布,来制定温室气体减排资金路线图和打造低碳金融服务路径,即通过碳足迹价值链,构筑减排资金链。
With the acceleration of global economy integration,the emission of green house gas has extended to downstream industries through industry chains and supply chains.Looking into the trace of carbon origin,we may find that although the downstream enterprises and the logistics companies are the main origin of carbon emission,this origin is the result of the transmission from the upper industries,not only from those industries themselves.To solve the dilemma of financing in carbon emission reduction,a financing routing of carbon emission reduction should be made out on a through survey of the whole industry chains and supply chains and the value distribution of carbon origin.Meanwhile,the routing of low carbon financing should be provided.Ie.,the financing chain of carbon emission reduction is made out by analyzing the trace of carbon origin.
