摘要 Swarm是研究复杂自适应系统的多智能体仿真工具,文章基于Swarm平台对企业与政府之间关于保护环境的博弈进行了仿真。采用自下而上的建模思想,针对不同环境条件设定相应的仿真参数,模拟多个企业在不同环境中的盈利状况。同时,文章对原有模型进行改进,创立了累次惩罚机制。根据此机制,政府可以依企业的恶劣程度采取相应的惩罚力度,最大程度地保护好环境。通过仿真清晰地表明了各种环境政策下企业与政府之间的博弈过程,有助于政府根据实际情况做出科学的决策。 Swarm is a multi-agent simulation tool of researching CAS(complex adaptive system),in the paper we simulate the game action between the business and government about environment protection based on Swarm.We use the "bottom-up" method to build models,simulate a number of enterprises' earnings in different environments by set the corresponding simulation parameters according to different environmental conditions.We improved the original model also,accumulate punishment mechanism was established,rest on which,government could take the appropriate punishment.Simulation shows the game course clearly under various environments,this will be helpful for the government making science decision based on the actual situation.
